  • Ad Creative Design: Design static and animated ad creatives for various platforms, creating eye-catching visuals with hooks, CTAs, and product presentation.
  • Landing Page Assets: Design graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and pages, working closely with funnel strategists and copywriters.
  • Brand Consistency & Adaptation: Design within brand guidelines while elevating brand identity through fresh and creative concepts, adapting designs for different placements and formats.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Interpret performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement, running variations and A/B tests on graphic concepts.
  • Design Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on design trends, top-performing formats, and visual styles, pitching original creative concepts during brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaboration & Workflow: Collaborate with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive campaigns, using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite to share and hand off assets cleanly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles, including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
  • Clear English communication for remote collaboration.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
  • Experience designing creatives for DTC brands or performance agencies.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, GIF creation, or video thumbnails.
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing, ad analytics, and performance metrics like CTR and ROAS.
  • Exposure to landing page design or funnel layout thinking.
