  • Coordinate with creatives to manage client production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.">
  • Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.">
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations to creatives to meet quality standards.">
  • Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.">
  • Collaborate with quality specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.">
  • Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team, working closely with team coordinators, quality specialists and production specialists.">
  • Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.">

  • Possess a passion for creativity and innovation.">
  • Have in-depth knowledge of creative development and production processes.">
  • Be able to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Display strong attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Be proficient in project and relationship management.">
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Hold practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.">
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma and other design software is also preferred.">
  • Be resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Ability to organize and comprehend project requirements, even when not well-defined.">
  • Experience with project management platforms is beneficial.">
  • Daily client interaction via Slack and Email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly, is essential.">
  • Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.">
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work are necessary.">
  • Decision-making, negotiation and forward-thinking abilities are required.">
  • Experience with ticket management tools is advantageous.">
