Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via chat, email, or phone.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and effective responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Ticket Management: Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage customer support requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product updates and support practices to ensure consistency in customer service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Technical Experience: Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Independence and Multitasking: Be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.
  • Teamwork: Showcase a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
