Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our HR team, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment plans that attract top talent, while working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to source quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure accurate candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to leverage their expertise and network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment efforts and enhance the company's employer brand.
  • Promote the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work by showcasing its values and mission.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed recruitment records and reports using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
