Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently prepare a wide variety of returns (individual, business, trust, non-profit).
  • Review junior staff's work and provide constructive feedback before partner sign-off.
  • Communicate with clients professionally via email regarding documentation and questions.
  • Analyze complex tax situations to identify issues, risks, and planning opportunities.
  • Utilize digital tools to manage workflow and client communication seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with firm partners on advanced planning and high-level tax matters.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to planning initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and assume growing leadership responsibilities.
Requirements:
