The Recruitment Resourcer role plays a crucial part in supporting Recruitment Consultants in achieving their objectives by gaining a strong understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to comprehend client requirements
  • Create captivating job advertisements that attract top talent
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Seek, and Bullhorn
  • Book and interview shortlisted candidates to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Assist in placing successful candidates into suitable positions
  • Complete reference checks, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in candidate management and sourcing
  • A commitment to a recruitment career path
  • Proven track record as an experienced candidate manager or resourcer with IT or accounting background
  • Natural relationship developer who delivers on promises to clients and candidates
