Job Description\

This role will be responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts for major Asia Pacific Japan Direct and Consortium Subsea accounts.

\

As a key member of the team, you will develop strong customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and manage the overall business relationship between our company and customers.

\

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and implement account plans to meet/exceed sales/booking/margin quotas.

\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale sales initiatives, building strong relationships with senior-level executives, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in major account management or sales leadership roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of optical systems and subsea networks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
