Immersive Intelligence Solutions sought after a meticulous Analyst for Inventory and Operational Planning to join their team. With over 130 years of history, they have built a legacy of innovation and transformation.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reporting and supporting the SIOP team in their mission-critical reports. By striking a delicate balance between consensus demand forecasts and constrained supply, they will ensure alignment with the company's planning cycle and expectations.

This opportunity requires collaborative efforts with Global SIOP managers/directors, departmental managers, and analysts to address and resolve issues related to SIOP data integrity, consolidation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide monthly global backlog analysis and reason in collaboration with customer care (order admins) and project managers.
  • Offer monthly global sales insights tied up with POR in collaboration with Finance.
  • Enhance Demand and Consensus Forecast Accuracy.
  • Support executive presentation slides and prepare other SIOP reporting (Bookings, Service Level, Sales and Backlog Trends).
  • Validate orders to support data integrity.
  • Update Project Funnel with booked and invoiced orders.
  • Prepare Planning Bill of Materials Analyses as scheduled.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for delayed orders caused by scheduling or planning attributes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related courses.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting with expertise in Purchasing, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Planning.
  • A fair understanding of the field of Supply Chain particularly in sales, inventory, and operations planning concepts and processes.
  • Knowledge of the Bill of Materials and understanding of parent/child relationships that make up assemblies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Business Intelligence.
