We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following roles:

  • 3P Project Planner
  • Supply Planner
  • Additives Planner

3P PROJECT PLANNER

The role focuses on tolling and turnkey plants within the E2E Performance Team to meet KPI targets. The 3P Planner will work with suppliers to ensure finished goods are available according to production schedules and communicate delays or changes impacting product availability. This role significantly influences customer experience and supply chain performance, requiring operational, tactical, and some commercial knowledge, especially in reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.

A successful applicant will require:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Decision-making ability in dynamic situations
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action skills
  • Customer and commercial focus
  • Proactive approach to supply chain improvements
  • Self-starter mindset with Continuous Improvement experience (training a plus)
  • Technical skills: SAP APO/GSAP, DDMRP, Microsoft Excel

  • Learning and applying DDMRP in daily work
  • Managing changing customer expectations
  • Supporting new product launches and transitions
  • Balancing competing priorities around inventory and delivery
  • Collaborating virtually with suppliers and stakeholders

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and supply chain performance
  • Engagement with suppliers, planning teams, and other functions

SUPPLY PLANNER

Responsible for planning pack finished goods at Shell-owned Lube Oil Blend Plants (LOBPs), managing inventory, and supporting new product launches. The role involves daily system use to determine production quantities, manage inventory settings, and coordinate deployment activities across the US and Canada regions. The role aims to optimize customer service, manage working capital, and support supply chain efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities include:

  • Delivering regional OTIF targets
  • Managing inventory for cost efficiency
  • Supporting product launches and transitions

Key Challenges include system learning, managing customer expectations, and virtual collaboration with various teams and sites.

Dimensions involve working within a team of 11 in Manila, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with DDMRP standards.

Additives Planner

The Additives Planner manages inbound components for blending facilities and third-party plants, ensuring additives are available for daily production. The role influences customer service and supply chain metrics, overseeing truck schedules, rail traffic, and master data management across multiple plants and RDCs in North America. The role requires strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Availability for a 9-month fixed-term contract
  • Knowledge in supply chain management, project management, and operations
  • Ability to handle changing scope and priorities
