Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Inventory Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and optimizing replenishment plans across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine optimal safety stock and inventory parameters for the entire network
  • Place orders based on agreed lead times and volume parameters
  • Integrate new products, trials, and maintenance into production schedules
  • Plan replenishment across the Distribution Centre network and execute daily DRP functionalities
  • Own policy on VMI in line with customer requirements
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Manufacturing and update Material Master Data and supply policies as needed
  • Work closely with Logistics Service Provider coordinators and develop close contact with the Order Desk to ensure fulfillment respecting service level agreements
  • Review and resolve exceptions of Rough-cut Constraint Calculation and Master Production Plan and prepare gap resolution for S&OP meetings
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience working in supply or similar functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Drive for results and quality oriented
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
