Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the management of our construction and development projects.

This role is critical in ensuring that construction activities meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while supporting business growth.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations.

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities within the plant.
  • Ensure construction projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Monitor project costs, progress, and schedules, reporting variances to management.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, and Project teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve construction-related issues on-site.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline (with professional license).
  • Significant project experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Experience working in large manufacturing facility construction projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoDesk, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations, project cost estimates, and design reviews.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.

This position is based in Medina, Misamis Oriental.
