Axelum Resources Corp. seeks a Grounds Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the company's outdoor areas and facilities. This role ensures that grounds reflect the excellence and professionalism of a global coconut powerhouse.

As Grounds Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the maintenance of company grounds, landscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor infrastructure. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance while leading a team to deliver high-quality results in all groundskeeping activities.

• Supervise day-to-day groundskeeping and landscaping activities across company facilities.
• Ensure proper upkeep of lawns, trees, plants, irrigation systems, and outdoor infrastructure.
• Oversee pest control, waste management, and preventive maintenance for exterior areas.
• Interpret site plans, schedules, and work orders provided by the Engineering/Facilities team.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and tractors.
• Implement safety regulations, sustainability practices, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Train, guide, and supervise groundskeeping staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor supplies, tools, and equipment needed for grounds maintenance.
• Inspect outdoor areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in landscaping, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of groundskeeping or exterior facilities maintenance experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, pest control, and outdoor infrastructure upkeep.
• Ability to interpret site plans, schedules, and work orders.
• Skilled in the safe use and maintenance of grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and sustainability practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
