About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work closely with attorneys and other paralegals to handle clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain digital client files, adhering to our high standards of organization.
- Organize electronic document storage and ensure proper naming and maintenance of files.
- Remove duplicates and outdated templates from client files.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
