Enterprise Software Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working with business partners, technology architects and system analysts to help implement the enterprise applications product roadmap.
As an application engineer, you will apply your technical and functional knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with multiple cross functional teams and find solutions.
You will be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business partners, internal or external, to understand processes, gaps and goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
- Partner with business, internal and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
- Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
- Be the techno-functional person who can provide technical solutions to business for the problems related to Finance Enterprise applications.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
- Good functional and configuration level understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
- Experience in Javascript or any other programming language is a must.
- Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
- Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
- Document complex systems, processes, events and architectures.
- Must be customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
- Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
