As a seasoned technology executive, you will have the opportunity to lead our NetSuite team and drive strategic direction in ERP platform development.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Engineering Manager who can oversee multiple engineering teams and foster technical excellence in their work.

This role involves integrating AI capabilities to enhance security teams' ability to assess data exposure and access risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams, develop leadership talent, and create an inclusive environment
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams
  • Technical Oversight: Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams
  • Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies
  • Maintain code quality standards and ensure security compliance with ERP best practices
  • Ensure proper implementation of custom objects, workflows, and NetSuite administration
  • Strategic Execution: Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectives for ERP platforms
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Business Operations teams

The role requires experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design, as well as expertise in CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant)
  • Experience with SuiteScript development, SuiteBundler/SuiteApp creation, and SuiteFlow customization
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs for enterprise systems
  • Understanding of financial and operational business processes
