Senior Java Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled senior Java developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications using modern Java development and cloud architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot and AWS cloud platform. Experience with microservices architecture, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices is highly desirable.

  • Design and develop high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and the AWS cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Implement and maintain microservices architecture and write clean, testable code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of professional Java development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework and Spring ecosystem (Security, Data JPA, Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards.
  • Experience with performance testing and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
