Senior Accountant Role

This is a remote role with potential travel to site. As a Senior Accountant, you will manage daily accounting operations including preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting.

The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, handling tax filings and collaborating with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Compliance
  • Skilled in Auditing and collaborating with auditors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and ability to guide a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred
  • Experience in the mining industry is a plus
