As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our team by processing KYC profiles and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and gather information from publicly available resources to screen entities for adverse news, sanctions, or politically exposed persons.
  • Prepare and process KYC profiles in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage priorities set by the Team Leader, rework cases, and adhere to KYC expiry dates.
  • Gather and document evidence, as well as maintain accurate records.
  • Initiate CDD processes, review due dates, and apply rework items flagged by QCs.
  • Participate actively in daily team huddles, monitor case progress, and report operational issues promptly.
  • Meet quality and production targets while collaborating with various teams across global locations to fulfill entity requirements.
  • Efficiently manage ad hoc tasks for effective project management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin or Fukien (Business level) and English.
  • Team-player with strong working relationships and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Office applications, including Adobe PDF, Word, Excel.
  • Willingness to learn more about these processes.
