We're looking for a Compliance Tester to join our team at Manulife. In this role, you will directly report to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager of Testing. The Senior Analyst will support testing, monitoring, and quality assurance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement testing plans, offering solutions to enhance business processes and best practices.
  • Prepare and conduct testing activities, including creating templates, gathering data, and drafting reports.
  • Support in preparing training materials and presentations for management.
  • Research regulations and maintain communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Document testing workflows and processes; handle additional compliance testing requests as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in financial services or auditing.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, excellent written and verbal communication, and adept in report writing.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Compliance, testing, insurance, banking, internal or external audit experience is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, culturally aware, and effective in negotiating, influencing, and relationship-building.
  • Capable of working independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
