Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and sales-savvy Customer Service Representative to support our customers and ensure a seamless shopping journey.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting shoppers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS with inquiries, orders, returns, and refunds. You will provide personalized product recommendations and address shopping-related concerns while maintaining accurate customer records and gathering feedback to enhance the shopping experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce.
