The Associate Solutions Consultant role requires working as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of Med-Metrix's Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology, including Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in internal assessment meetings to ascertain existing workflow processes and develop design documentation using best practice recommendations.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that) intended for the MMX Development and QA Teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and identify potential improvement opportunities.
  • Work with large data sets to present data to support recommendations to the Med-Metrix project team.
  • Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications and document business rules into logical structures.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
