An experienced Anaplan Solution Architect is sought after to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge performance management solutions for clients across diverse industries.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to address business needs and design sustainable solutions that drive client success.
• Identify gaps in requirements, risks, and communication issues through thorough analysis and testing.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of software solutions, encompassing data integration, model configuration, optimization, and development of reports and pages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project priorities, scope, timelines, goals, and key milestones.
• Maintain a client-centric approach and demonstrate leadership skills to drive consensus and project-related decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest solution features, functionalities, and best practices in design, architecture, and data integration to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance by mentoring team members to enhance the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years' experience implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM TM1, OneStream, or similar technologies.
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder level 3 or higher, with a preference for Solution Architect.
• Experience working in project teams with structured methodologies for business requirements, processes, data conversions, and system interfaces.
• Proven ability to formulate and develop implementation strategies for business requirements and sustainable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for numbers and cause-effect relationships.
• Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and take responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
