About the Role

The Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end execution of growth-focused marketing campaigns. This involves ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Act as the main point of contact with internal teams and external partners or clients to drive alignment on campaign requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and process co-marketing agreements (CMAs), ensuring compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain and continuously improve campaign trackers, reporting dashboards, and marketing asset repositories for accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related role, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or fast-paced tech-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles with proven experience applying them to deliver results in growth-focused campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage and align with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret campaign data, extract insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
