Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a driven and creative marketing professional to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat project.

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketer to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, generating qualified leads from international markets, and building and growing a strong social media presence.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a full marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generating qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Building and growing a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Creating a monthly content calendar and transforming raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Setting up and running paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • SUPPORTING THE LAUNCH OF A NEW WEBSITE, INCLUDING SHOWCASING OFF-PLAN VILLA SALES MATERIALS AND RENDERS.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
