Project Lead - Transformation Initiatives

This is a senior position responsible for overseeing complex projects and client-facing initiatives. The role involves supervising cross-functional teams, reviewing work, mentoring employees, and reporting to executive management.

The Project Lead/Transformation Director contributes to strategy and innovation in products, processes, standards, and methodologies. They provide solutions for complex customer/market needs and represent the organization as a key technical contact on programs to customer stakeholders.

Highly complex problems require conceptual thinking across multiple functions to solve. This includes analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective solutions.

The individual provides advice to management within their area of expertise and mentors, coaches, and trains lower-level employees. They are responsible for managing large, complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams.

Typically, they have direct reports but generally fewer than two. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

  • 10-12 years of project management experience, including exposure to IT, telecommunications, and application development.

  • Expert familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and strong analytical, client-facing communication and presentation skills.

  • A positive attitude, ability to work with all levels of management, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects that drive business growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with customers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
