We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Verification Support Agent.

About the Job

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a multicultural and multilingual environment, with the opportunity to master new skills and achieve challenging goals. As a Lead Verification Support Agent, you will be responsible for verifying submitted leads, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying customer happiness practices.

You will also be required to maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services. This role requires fluency in German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages), previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing, hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads, attention to details, strong administrative and organizational skills, a positive and responsible attitude, and personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify submitted leads to confirm their interest.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer.
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in the system.
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information.
  • Apply customer happiness practices.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
