Mental Health Service Provider Network Manager">

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain a comprehensive network of mental health service providers in Asia. This role involves expanding our services, recruiting qualified professionals, and ensuring seamless support for clients.

  • We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can establish relationships with top talent and build a robust network of mental health service providers in Asia.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to assess client needs, and match them with suitable providers using our proprietary database.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate applicant information, responding promptly to inquiries, and distributing provider guidelines and application materials.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will review applications, ensure confidentiality of client information, and effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers.
  • Proactive management of caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery is also essential.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Prior experience recruiting non-local candidates is a plus.
  • DATABASE MANAGEMENT SKILLS ARE A MUST FOR CANDIDATE DATA.
  • Experience working in a growing startup environment is desired.
  • The ability to start immediately is crucial.
