Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia, recruiting and onboarding mental health professionals, and matching clients with qualified providers using our proprietary database.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand Mental Health Service Provider Network: Drive expansion of our mental health service provider network in China markets (China, Hong Kong, Macau, etc).
  • Recruit and Onboard Professionals: Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients.
  • Maintain Database: Assess clients' needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database.
  • Manage Caseload: Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database and proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Candidate preferably would have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Candidates should have experience working in a remote setup and be open to a 40 hours, contractor position.
  • Experience in database management of candidates and recruiting in the Asian job market is essential.
