Job Overview
Purchasing Assistant at Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS)

The role of a Purchasing Assistant at ITS involves monitoring and evaluating purchase orders on a daily basis. This position requires excellent communication skills to manage interactions with vendors, resolve issues, and maintain records of all processes. A strong understanding of open orders and their status is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate purchase orders daily.
  • Manage communication with vendors, including coordination and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and associate documents for all processes.
  • Track and monitor professional and project boards, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM PST.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong cultural fit with ITS values, which will be discussed during the interview.
  • Pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
