**Lease Contracts Administrator Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Contracts Administrator to support our comprehensive lease documentation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM and document management tools.
  • To ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
  • Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize standardized templates and ensure dual-language compliance when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role is necessary.
  • Document management, processing, and creation skills are desirable.
  • Able to manage high email traffic and intra office communications effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment successfully.

About the Job:

This role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. While a legal degree is not required, prior experience in contract administration, leasing, or document management is necessary.
