Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator

This role is a vital part of our team responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, promoting health and well-being, and maintaining a high level of environmental responsibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. They will also be involved in the development and implementation of environmental programs and initiatives to minimize our impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with employees and management to promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain records of health and safety data and statistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
