We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily accounting transactions, sales, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory management.

  • Organize and file digital copies of invoices, receipts, and other important documents using cloud-based systems.

  • Support the monthly closing of books, including reconciliations and ledger reviews.

  • Prepare and maintain basic financial reports in Excel, providing insights into our business performance.

  • Record sales transactions and update inventory databases as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with the local team to ensure records align with physical inventory.

  • Collect and input timekeeping or compensation data for payroll runs, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Maintain digital HR records, ensuring personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

  • Support compliance tasks, such as policy acknowledgment tracking and onboarding checklists.

  • Set up and manage digital filing systems, organizing documents for easy retrieval and sharing across teams.

  • Assist with data clean-up and formatting tasks, maintaining internal spreadsheets and improving data quality.

  • Develop and implement a content calendar, scheduling social media posts and creating engaging content.

  • Collaborate with the team to create simple graphics or copy for posts, utilizing tools like Canva.

  • Monitor basic engagement metrics, reporting key findings monthly.
