Project Manager Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for executing standard deployment projects independently while developing expertise in our deployment processes and building customer relationships. This role serves as the foundation of our project management team, handling the majority of routine deployments while growing toward more complex responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish. Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring open, clear, and proactive communication.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling. Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes.
  • Vendor & Process Oversight: Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations. Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments.
