Retail Deployment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced retail business analyst to join our global deployment program. This is a full remote position with work aligned to the CET timezone.
The mission duration is 24 months, and we require someone who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
- Lead business analysis, including interviews, process mapping, and documentation, to support solution design.
- Own and manage retail projects within global deployment programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure.
- Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
- Lead cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities.
- Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
- Provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, Sovia inventory tools.
- Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment.
- Skilled in business analysis (use cases, process flows, user stories).
- Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management.
- Ability to investigate OSS notes and manage project deliverables.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
