Lead Credit and Reporting Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the credit and reporting function, ensuring that all aspects of credit risk management are thoroughly evaluated and effectively managed.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Monitor and review credit limits of new and existing counterparties to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

    • Prepare and administer credit assessments, including reviewing financial statements, analyzing creditworthiness, and making recommendations on credit limits and terms.
    • Implement and maintain effective credit risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.
    • Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date credit limit information in system.
    • Provide expert advice on documentary credit, bank guarantees, and standby letters of credit.
    • Monitor payment performance and follow up on overdue amounts to ensure timely collection.
  • Requirements:

    The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in credit risk management or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP system, and other digital tools essential for the position.
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
