About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and comprehensive HR support to our clients.

This is a full-time, remote role with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of HR functions for our clients, including policy review and monitoring
  • Employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Alignment of HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs, including employee and leadership development, succession planning, and talent acquisition
  • Building relationships as a trusted HR advisor to client stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Proactive identification of trends and proposal of actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Development and review of HR policies, tools, and processes to meet changing business conditions and evolving needs
  • Leveraging technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing diverse HR teams
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with expertise in benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Adept at working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing dynamics
