Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process payments, verify invoices, and reconcile expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform various accounting functions, including processing outgoing payments and reconciling accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements.
  • Maintain accurate vendor contact information and perform data entry tasks on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in a similar capacity with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate effectively.
