Job Overview

The Retail Territory Officer reports directly to the Territory Sales Manager. The primary objective is to maintain relationships with sub-distributors and customers, meet sales targets, monitor inventory, assist in implementing brand programs, and ensure efficient sales operations within a specific geographic area.

This role requires building harmonious relationships and trust with all concerned parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Operational Support:
    • Conduct regular store visits to audit sales and inventory, check visual merchandising, and provide in-store training for staff.
    • Implement performance standards across all stores based on brand standards.
    • Perform other duties related to the primary tasks.
  • Territorial Financial Targets Achievement:
    • Ensure growth in sales and achievement of sell-in and sell-out targets in the assigned territory.
    • Coordinate with accounts regarding orders, consolidate orders of sub-distributors and direct accounts, review orders, and ensure compliance with merchandising directions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail and/or wholesale, with a background in fashion brands being a plus.
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the sales and retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
