Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading and streamlining operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations to optimize workflows and performance.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software and troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize email flows.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms and has strong self-leadership skills.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem.
