Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Manage the processing of payments and adjustments for both policy and non-policy related transactions.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile OTC Payments made through different payment channels prior to posting or payment uploading.
  • Collection Efficiencies: Analyze payment discrepancies and rejected payments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maximize collection efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Insurance and Billing as well as in Collection.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
