Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing risk measurement figures and methods, improving current processes and infrastructure, and explaining results and figures to various stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact the overall performance of our business. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing risk measurement figures and methods to identify areas for improvement
  • Improving and owning current processes and infrastructure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Explaining complex concepts and results to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Implementing new functionality and tools to enhance our operations
  • Ensuring output figures for reporting are accurate and meet stakeholder requirements
  • Acting as a sparring partner for Risk & Finance stakeholders to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create, challenge, and improve risk monitoring techniques and measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or finance
  • Flexible and able to work in an international team environment
