System Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and process information needed for the software in development.
Understand the requirements of the Business Analysts and provide necessary references and resources for development and testing.
Ensure that all references and resources are provided and of the highest quality for development and testing.
Support and assist other stakeholders with their inquiries.
  • Spearhead and drive the meetings for discussion before development to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct high-level functional testing to ensure the system's uniformity and that all the requirements have been met.
  • Provide post-development documentation, including but not limited to User Guide and Release Notes.
  • Inform and update the immediate superior on the assigned tasks and the skills that need to be improved.
  • Responsible for proper time keeping of task assignments through the timesheets, which form part of the management review process.
  • Help the company improve by actively participating in any activities and discussions within the company.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in a software development environment is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and collaboration tools like Figma.
  • Basic understanding of system architecture. Experience with Desktop Applications is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware and software technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
