Job Description

The Nursing Assistant provides comprehensive nursing care that is restorative and supportive of the patient's life and wellbeing.

The role involves establishing a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families, administering quality care to all patients during hospitalization, and facilitating the integration of nursing practice into daily patient care management.

  • Collects comprehensive patient data through interview, vital signs monitoring, and skin integrity assessment.
  • Notifies the Registered Nurse when numerical values of vital signs are outside established parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Plans to take the Professional Regulatory Commission Licensure Examination.
  • No prior work experience required.

  • Competitive salary between PHP 15,000.00 and PHP 16,000.00.
