Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts to join our team.

In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit, collaborative customer experience team, managing customer queries via various channels, including inbound phones, live support, and email.

You will be tasked with giving accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range.

Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls, accurately documenting each customer interaction while upholding the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism with every customer correspondence.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and approach, and a professional and personable demeanor.

A high regard for integrity and diligence is required, working efficiently with minimal supervision.
