Responsibilities

This position will be based in Paranaque, Philippines and will report to the Group Manager - Sales. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the sales team responsible for the MDC account and driving high-quality performance across the assigned territory.
  2. Ensuring sales activities comply with all relevant federal, national, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, leveraging business acumen, and driving innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborating with enabling functions and Supply Chain to optimize operational efficiency.
  5. Working closely with Brand and Shopper Marketing departments to execute marketing strategies effectively.

This role demands strong leadership skills, business acumen, and an ability to drive results-oriented outcomes.
