Key Responsibilities

This Customer Development Manager position will be based in Paranaque, Philippines and report to the Group Manager - Sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales team responsible for the MDC account and driving high-quality performance across the assigned territory.
  • Ensuring sales activities comply with all relevant federal, national, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Adding value to the team by providing unparalleled customer understanding, business acumen, and agile solutions.
  • Collaborating with enabling functions and Supply Chain to ensure profitable and sustainable operations.
  • Working closely with Brand and Shopper Marketing departments to bring strategies to life in trade via timely and effective execution.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, customer understanding, negotiation abilities, and business effectiveness.
