Job Description

As a UX Design Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering customer-centric and user-friendly experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering exceptional user experience designs while working closely with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for conducting user research to uncover and understand customer pain points, behaviors, goals, and motivations. This will involve creating deliverables such as design briefs, user research, best practice pegs, UX flows, information architectures, customer journey maps, and emotion maps.

You will also provide support in finalizing non-functional user experience requirements with the product team. Additionally, you will conduct workshops for design requirements gathering, clarification or validation sessions, and present designs to project teams while managing their expectations.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration and effective communication with various stakeholders, including marketing teams and project teams throughout different projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or Psychology with a focus on customer experience design, user experience design, or human factor interface design is required. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated industry experience with customer experience design is also necessary.

Certification as a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and User Experience Certified (UXC) are highly valued but not mandatory.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma/Jam and presentation tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is expected.
