Knowledge Manager

The role of a Knowledge Manager is to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system. This includes creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members, and ensuring that all employees have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for capturing, organizing, and distributing knowledge within the organization.

    \

  • Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and other resources.

    \

  • Facilitating knowledge sharing among team members, including conducting training sessions, workshops, and other educational programs.

    \

  • Ensuring that all employees have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively, including providing support for knowledge management systems and tools.

    \

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the knowledge management system, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in knowledge management, IT, or related field.

    \

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    \

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    \

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
