Construction Support Specialist

Job Overview
This role provides administrative support to the Director of Construction, focusing on managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with contractors and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and organizing construction-related documents, tracking project timelines, and assisting in vendor communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of full-time work experience is required.
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and other outside parties.
