Product Development Leader

This role entails spearheading product development projects from inception to launch within a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, encompassing concept, design, specification, implementation, and analysis.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate conversations with internal customers to comprehend users, priorities, and feature considerations.
- Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and execution skills to propel product development projects forward.
- Bridge the business and technical realms effectively, articulating opportunities and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to strike a balance between product velocity and technical debt tradeoffs.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical product management within a fast-paced innovative environment.
- Total of at least 5 years of technical experience in one or more areas: Software Engineering / Developer Experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills using data to inform decisions.
- A problem-solving mindset.
